FAQ

1. I have completed my registration but I cannot login yet.

Your registration needs to be validated by Westocklots.com. Check if you have received the registration confirmation email and that you have confirmed your email address by clicking on the appropriate link. Registrations are verified within 24/48 working hours from the moment of registration. If you are unable to login after this period of time send an email to info@westocklots.com.

2. How can I recover my password?

Email us on info@westocklots.com with your company details and login name. We will send you an email at the registered email address which will contain your new password.

3. I cannot complete my purchase.

Check if you have reached the minimum order amount (250 for all countries ex. VAT and/or shipment).

4. How can I pay?

Westocklots.com works with MultiSafepay as reliable payment provider. This means fast checkout, safe payment and most international payment ways are accepted.
The different payment terms which MultiSafepay supports worldwide (including costs) are:

The payment will be processed via a standard bank transfer. The customer will automatically receive an email including all necessary information to let the bank transfer take place correctly. As soon the payment has been collected, MultiSafepay will automatically notify Westocklots.com about the payment.

Mister Cash is the most popular online payment method in Belgium. A Mister Cash payment is a real-time payment directly from an online bank account to Westocklots.com.

Costs: € 0.30 + 2,5% of the order

 

SofortBanking

Countries: UK, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and France.

SofortBanking is a popular payment method for consumers from the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and France. SofortBanking enables online real-time payment directly from an online bank account to Westocklots.com.

Costs: € 0.20 + 1,8% of the order

Giropay

Countries: Germany

In Germany, 17 million consumers use Giropay. This covers about 75% of the German market and makes Giropay the most common card in Germany.

Costs: € 0.30 + 2,5% of the order

 

Orders where payment has not been received within 3 days will be cancelled. Clients will be sent a payment reminder and may send a copy of the confirmation of payment slip to avoid their orders being cancelled while receipt of payment is still pending.
The minimum order on our website is € 250 for clients in all countries.

5. Can I pay by cheque?

No, the accepted methods of payment are stated in question 4.

6. I have made an order but the delivery fees are not being calculated: why?

Please check if you have chosen the correct shipment method. If you have selected pick up you will have to arrange your own shipment. At this moment we are not able to arrange shipment outside the EU. If you are from a non EU country we have to kindly ask you to arrange your own shipment and choose the pick up method.

7. From where can I get the order’s tracking number?

After we have shipped out the goods, you will receive a tracking code that same night by e-mail. This way you can keep track of your items.

8. What are the delivery times?

Normally GLS delivers within 3 working days.

9. I have not received the invoice.

We will send the invoice by email to the email address that is linked to your profile. If you have not received the invoice, please contact us on info@westocklots.com.

10. I have received my order but I have noticed there are some items missing/damaged, what can I do?

If after inspecting the delivered goods you are missing some items or some of the delivered items are damaged you will inform Westocklots.com by writing or email no later than 5 days after receiving the goods.

After receiving this complaint we will start the return procedure as states in our returns and refunds.

11. Can I change or cancel an order?

If you want to change or cancel an order, please send an email to info@westocklots.com and we will check what we can do to help you out.

12. I would like to change my delivery address.

Just insert the correct delivery address in your profile, or change it in in the order, before you complete your purchase.

13. I would like to change my billing address.

The billing address can be changed in your profile.

14. Are the products original?

All the products sold on our website are 100% original.

15. Can I download and use the photos of the purchased products?

Yes, that is possible. You can download high resolution pictures from the attachment tab listed on the product page.

16. I have inserted my VAT number but VAT is still added to the order.

The VAT number is not valid for non-EU countries or you have used a different VAT number from the previous one. Check that you have inserted a correct VAT number. If you have and it is not functioning correct, please contact us at info@westocklots.com.

17. I would like to use my own courier.

Just select Pick up under the Shipment section during the ordering process. When the order is ready in our warehouse we will contact you so that you can organize the shipment.
