Returns & refunds accepts returns within 5 days of the delivery of the order, depending on the reasons of the return. The normal procedure for returning your order is as follows:

  1. The client must make notice by email within 5 days after receiving the goods.
  2. After receiving the request confirms within 5 days if the goods can be returned.
  3. will send you a reference which must be used while returning the goods.
  4. The goods must be returned together with a copy of the e-mail confirmation and the return reference.
  5. Our logistics confirm return delivery of the package.
  6. The goods will be inspected if they are returned the correct way, unused, unopened, in good condition.
  7. Confirmation is sent to the customer that the goods received match the returns request.
  8. A credit note is issued in the customer’s name.

If the order is damaged or incomplete for internal reasons (e.g. incorrect quantities shown as available in the website) a credit note will be immediately issued for the customer.

Complaints about defects:

Upon delivery the client shall immediately inspect the goods in such a way as required by proper trade custom. The inspection will take place as soon as possible and shall be as thorough as the circumstances permit.

If the client finds any defects or missing items during the inspection he or she will inform by writing or email no later than 5 days after receiving the goods.
