We’re getting closer to our customers — literally. With a new regional focus and a more personal approach, we’re making our wholesale offers faster, smarter, and more relevant. Meet the team behind the next step.

Over the past few months, we noticed something important: while our reach kept expanding, our approach had become a bit too broad. That occasionally led to miscommunication or missed opportunities — simply because we weren’t close enough to the local dynamics of each market.

In B2B wholesale, personal contact and relevant stock offers matter more than ever. That’s why we’ve now clearly divided our commercial focus by region. This way, we can communicate more directly, respond more quickly, and offer deals that are better aligned with local needs.

Here’s how we’re now structured:

Nick van der Zanden – Benelux, Scandinavia (including Denmark), Baltics, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Balkan region, non-EU export
Roel Eisenkolb – Southern Europe (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Malta), Eastern Europe (Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria)
Giel Theus – DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) & Poland

This setup allows us to work faster, communicate more clearly, and build stronger partnerships — whether you're sourcing five pallets or fifty.

And don’t worry — our founders and directors, Branco Brouwers and Daan Terhaag, are still very much involved in daily trade. That hasn’t changed.

Behind the scenes, we’re also steadily improving how we work with customer data. With the help of our in-house CRM system, we’ll soon be able to send more relevant, tailored offers — faster than before. We’ll share more on that soon.
