  • How can I see the product quantities you sell and their prices?

    First you need to register here. After registration we will check your application. Once approved you will receive an email and you will be able to log in to our website.

  • Which valuta is used on the website?

    All our prices are in Euros. 

  • What payment methods are accepted for orders?

    We accept payments done by PayPal, Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, Giropay, Sofort Banking, Mister Cash, Tikkie and iDeal. 

  • How does guarantee work?

    All items will be delivered with 2 years guarantee. If it occurs you are faced with a defect, please contact returns@westocklots.com so we can help you with the process.

  • To which countries can you ship?

    We can ship to 27 different European countries! From Greece to Denmark and from Portugal to Estonia. You can also choose to pick up the order(s) yourself, free of charge, of course.

  • How long does it take to prepare the order?

    On the product detail page you can see, when logged in, what the process time of that item will be. Once the payment is received we start processing your order that same or the following workday.

  • I have specific shipping needs.

  • Do you ship to the United Kingdom?

  • Prices and MOQ
  • Are your prices including shipment?

    No, our prices are excluding shipment. We have some reasons for that, you can read more here: WeStocklots shipping process explained.

  • Do the prices of the products listed on the portal include VAT?

    No, the prices of the products on our portal do not include VAT.

  • What is the minimum order quantity?

    Most of the time there is no MOQ on a product. If there is, it is mentioned on the product detail page. We do stimulate you order per full carton(s). The minimum total order value should be at least €500.

  • Are there any discounts possible?

    On the website we have the best price available. On Fridays, we have Freaky Friday, our weekly mailing with special (new) offers and sometimes take-all clearances. Keep an eye on those offers!

  • Do the products have an EAN code, needed for sales on marketplaces such as Amazon, Bol or e-Bay?

    Yes all our products have an EAN code.

  • Are the products original?

    Yes, we only sell authentic products on our website. We can supply you a letter of authenticity if needed.

  • Can I download and use the images of the purchased products?

    Yes, that is possible. You can download high resolution images from the images tab listed on the product page.

  • Your account/order
  • I have completed my registration but I cannot login yet.

    Your registration needs to be validated by Westocklots.com. Check if you have received the registration confirmation email and if you have confirmed your email address by clicking on the appropriate link. Registrations are verified within 24 working hours from the moment of registration on working days. If you are unable to login after this period of time send an email to info@westocklots.com.

  • Can I change or remove items in my order?

    When an order is placed you cannot change it. Immediately contact us about if you want to adjust your order, so we can see what we can do for you. This because we process orders directly after payment.

  • I have not received the invoice.

    We will send the invoice by email one working day after your order is shipped to the email address that is on your profile. If you have not received the invoice, first login and then go to your invoices.

  • I have made an order but the delivery fees are not being calculated: why?

    Please check if you have chosen the correct shipment method. If you have selected ‘pick up’ you will have to arrange your own shipment. At this moment we are not able to arrange shipment outside the EU. If you are from a non EU country we have to kindly ask you to arrange your own shipment and choose the pick up method.
